By participating in the "Santa's Scratch and Win" competition (the "Competition"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this Competition is Stonegate group (the "Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who sign up to the Promoter's database during the promotional period.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Participation is limited to residents of the United Kingdom.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The Competition runs from 25th November 2024 to 22nd December 2024, inclusive (the "Promotional Period").
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must sign up to the Promoter's database during the Promotional Period and scratch the provided e-card.
4.2 Each participant will receive one e-card upon signing up. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prizes
5.1 Instant win prizes include:
• Christmas Shots and Bombs
• Christmas Cocktails
• Bronze Drinks Package for a minimum of 4 guests
5.2 Each instant win prize will be awarded upon successful claim using a unique code emailed to the winner.
5.3 One lucky winner from each participating venue will receive a pair of trainers up to the value of £250.
6. Prize Claim
6.1 Winners will receive an email containing a unique code to claim their prize.
6.2 All prizes must be claimed within the Promotional Period. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
6.3 The Bronze Drinks Package must be redeemed at a participating venue and is subject to availability.
6.4 Trainer prizes will be arranged directly with the winner and must not exceed the specified value.
7. General Conditions
7.1 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
7.3 Any additional costs incurred in claiming or using the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
8. Winner Selection
8.1 Instant win prizes will be determined by an automated system embedded within the e-card.
8.2 The trainer prize winners will be selected at random from eligible participants from each participating venue after the Promotional Period.
9. Data Protection
9.1 By entering the Competition, participants consent to the Promoter using their personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition and contacting winners.
9.2 The Promoter will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, delays, or other issues that may affect participation or prize claims.
10.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or the acceptance and use of any prize.
11. Amendments and Cancellation
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
